SPORT TRAINING SESSIONS
T.N.T Strength Training Series: Get strong and fit for your sport. This 6-week strength training program is designed for aspiring young athletes (ages 12-16) who want to pursue high level athletics through school or club teams, or for sport enthusiasts who want to improve their training knowledge. Each week participants will learn proper exercise techniques and how to maximize their workouts by going through a strength training circuit of exercises targeting:
-muscular strength & endurance
-power, speed & agility
-cardiovascular endurance
-flexibility training
-core strength & stability

Upon course completion, participants will be provided with a take-home training program.
