IGNITE ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM SCHEDULE & LOCATIONS

3 Month IGNITE Program
Start Date:        Monday, April 16th, 2012
End Date:         Wednesday, June 27th, 2012

Application Deadline
April 6th, 2012

Application Acceptance & Physical Testing
April 10th – April 13th, 2012

Training Sessions
Athletes will participate in 2-90 minute training sessions per week (Monday and Wednesday) over a 12 week training cycle. All workouts are planned by qualified movement stream coaches. During the course of the program 3 interactive sport readiness sessions will be held outside of physical training time with qualified professional in the areas of: Health and Nutrition Education, Mental Training Preparation, Injury Prevention & Rehabilitation.

Schedule
An official week by week schedule will be available soon.  Each month will focus primarily on a particular curriculum topic (Gymnastics - Month 1; Strength and Conditioning - Month 2; Athletics - Month 3) while incorporating the other activities into training as they complement athlete development. Sport specific activity times are provided below.
