YOUTH PROGRAMS
Small Group Strength Training
(CS4L: late Learn to Train, Train To Train, Train to Compete)
All participants must take a Sport Readiness assessment before starting in the training group ($40.00). With multiple days and times available each week, this new program allows youth to schedule their supervised 60-minute sessions around their sport-specific schedule and athletes do not have to stick with the same day and time each week. Sessions must be pre-paid and booked by the month. Each session accommodates a maximum of four athletes. If you are interested in this program but the times for the month do not work with your schedule, please call us about adding a new session day and time.
