FAN THE FLAME DINNER
It's a time to share stories about what can happen when you pursue your goals and dreams!
We believe strongly that the 2010 Winter Olympic & Paralympic Games has inspired children and youth in northern BC to follow their dreams and to seek more active lifestyles.
Join us, as we carry the legacy in Prince George and help “Fan the Flame” beyond 2010. We will be honouring northern BC 2010 Canada Team members, former Olympians and Paralympians, and 2010 officials and volunteers.
Date: Friday, April 23rd
Time: 6:30pm
Location: Coast Inn of the North
2010 Canadian Olympic & Paralympic Team members attending: Megan Tandy (Biathlon athlete), Joe Rea (Wheelchair Curling coach) and Jody Barber (Para-Nordic)
Call out to all northern BC 2010 volunteers - Please let us know you were a volunteer to receive a discounted rate!
Do you have photos from the 2010 spirit? We would like to collect photos from any of the pre-events and the 2010 Games and make a slideshow collection for the dinner! Please submit photos to harrott@unbc.ca
